When will my order ship?
After payment confirmation, we process and dispatch your order within 7 business days. If an issue prevents dispatch in that period, we will contact you with the available options.
How long does standard U.S. delivery take?
Standard U.S. transit usually takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. Processing and transit are separate periods. Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier, customs, weather and holidays.
How much is shipping?
Available delivery services and their charges are shown at checkout before payment. We do not list a fixed charge here because it has not been confirmed for every destination and cart.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us promptly with your order number. We will confirm whether we can change or cancel it before dispatch. Once dispatched, the return process applies.

What is included with a lamp?
Check the individual product page for the exact contents, dimensions, materials, power requirements and care instructions. Lifestyle images may show accessories that are not included.
Is the lamp suitable for children or outdoor use?
Check the product-specific safety instructions. Do not assume suitability for children, outdoor use or wet locations unless the listing expressly confirms it.
What if my lamp arrives damaged?
Contact service@zorevid.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging if available. We will review a suitable replacement, refund or other remedy.
What is the return and refund window?
Request a standard return within 30 calendar days after delivery. After approval, refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days; your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
How do I manage advertising cookies?
