The terms of your purchase
Commercial terms for orders placed at zorevid.com.

Product listings, checkout information and the linked policies form part of the information available before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over any conflicting term.
Before you order
Seller and eligibility
Orders are sold by Guangzhou Zinan Sales Co., Ltd. You must be legally able to buy or have appropriate authorization. Provide accurate contact and delivery information.
Product information
Consult each ceramic lamp listing for its actual size, weight, materials, power requirements, included components and care instructions. Room styling shown in photographs is included only if expressly stated. Screen color and decorative light effects can appear different in person; that does not excuse a material mismatch or defect.
Price and payment
The currency, payment methods, shipping charges and taxes collected by us appear at checkout. Your bank may charge conversion fees. Any import charge not collected at checkout may be assessed separately. We will not add an undisclosed charge without your agreement.
After you order
Acceptance and availability
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automatic receipt acknowledges submission; acceptance occurs when dispatch is confirmed unless we expressly confirm earlier. If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected, without limiting rights arising under law.
Shipping
Paid orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Standard U.S. transit usually takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not a promise of a particular arrival date. See our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
Request a standard return within 30 calendar days after delivery. After approval, refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days. Eligibility and postage are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
Order concerns and applicable rights
Contact us about a damaged, missing or incorrect item, a suspected payment error or a delayed order. We may verify an order to prevent fraud, but will explain a material delay and available options. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies. To the extent lawful, these terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China while preserving mandatory rights and court remedies available in a customer's jurisdiction. No compulsory arbitration or waiver of statutory rights is imposed. We may update terms for future orders; changes do not retroactively remove existing purchase rights.
